Our society is constantly facing new crises and challenges. Beredskapslyftet is a non-profit organization that exists to mobilize and engage the resources of the business community in situations where we can make the greatest impact.
For each new and unique challenge, we work together with our network of partners to create projects that leverage the unique capabilities of companies to contribute. We do this with speed and a strong focus on making a real difference.
Beredskapslyftet will now do our utmost to help Northvolt employees find new employment opportunities in Sweden before the summer. Our main focus is to support third-country nationals, as they only have 90 days to find a new job, but we will also support others.
We will work actively to identify job opportunities across Sweden and match them with suitable candidates. If you wish to be considered for a vacancy, you need to register here.
For each vacancy, Beredskapslyftet will conduct an initial screening and hold a first meeting with a selected group of candidates. This group will then be narrowed down, and those who meet the job requirements will be presented to the employer, who will take over the recruitment process from that point.
